Mega Printing P.L.C. was established in January 1987 E.C. with a registered paid-up capital of Birr 6,896,299.90 under the Commercial Code of Ethiopia. In 2011 E.C. the capital was raised to Birr 289,321,000 based on shareholders’ decision. For nearly four decades the company has achieved tremendous results and contributed significantly to the printing industry of the country by providing quality printing services.
Founded to meet Ethiopia’s growing demand for high-quality printing services, Mega Printing PLC has evolved into a leading provider of integrated printing and publishing solutions, delivering a diverse range of products tailored to customer needs.
In September 2024, following a resolution by the General Assembly of both companies, Mega Printing PLC merged with Mega Publisher & Distributor PLC (established July 1987 E.C., registered capital: Birr 13,295,000). Post-merger, the company’s registered capital increased to Birr 401,342,000.00 (2017 E.C.), reflecting sustained growth and strategic investment.
